Return & Exchange Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange, provided that the following conditions are met:

* The item is unused and unopened

* It is in its original condition with packaging, tags, and invoice

* It is not listed among the excluded items below

Items not eligible for return or exchange:

* Perfumes and cosmetics once opened

* Underwear and socks

* Customized or made-to-order items

* Discounted or Sale items

Costs:

* If the error is from Outphet, we will cover all related costs

* In all other cases, the customer is responsible for shipping fees

Processing Time:

Returns and exchanges are processed within 5 to 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.

Cancellation Policy

* Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped

* If the order has already been shipped, it must be received first before submitting a return request

* In cases of refusing to accept the order (Cash on Delivery), the service may be temporarily suspended or prepayment may be required for future orders
