Cancellation policy

At Outphet, we strive to process and ship your orders quickly to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

However, you may cancel your order under the following conditions:

Cancellation Conditions

* Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.

* If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the customer must receive the order first, then submit a return request according to our Return Policy.

* Orders containing customized or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

For Prepaid Orders

If canceled within the allowed timeframe (before shipping), the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

If the order has already been shipped, refunds will only be processed after the product is received and inspected.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

If a shipped order is refused upon delivery, Outphet reserves the right to:

* Temporarily suspend the service for the customer, or

* Require prepayment for future orders to prevent recurrence.
